Logging In and Logging Out

The first step in using Hub is to log into the system. You will log in using your Hub credentials.

Logging In to Hub

  1. Open an Internet browser and go to https://hub.vantor.com. The Login page opens.

  2. In the Email field, enter your email. Select Next.

  3. Upon first login, choose your authentication method.

  4. Select Log In.

  5. Choose to receive either an MFA email with a 6 digit code or to enter an Authentication App MFA code. Enter this code into the MFA field and select Verify to complete the login process.

    • An emailed MFA code is valid for 5 minutes. An Authentication App MFA code cycles every 30 seconds.

    • You can select Resend to receive another code.

    • The MFA check will happen every time you log in.

After three failed login attempts, your account will be suspended temporarily. To log in again, do either of the following:

  • Try again in five minutes

  • Email support@vantor.com for immediate assistance

If you are on an evaluation activation, and you are the first user to log in to Hub, you must accept the terms and conditions before you can log in.

  • Once accepted, no other users on the activation will see the terms and conditions.

  • If you do not accept the terms and conditions, you will be logged out and will not have access to Hub until the terms and conditions are accepted (by you or another user on the activation).

Be aware that the terms and conditions may change after you accept them, and you will not be required to re-accept to continue using Hub.

Logging Out of Hub

When you are done using Hub, log out of the system.

  • Select the user profile menu, then select Log Out.

After 15 minutes of inactivity, a pop-up asks if you are still using the system. If you do not respond, you will be logged out.

More About Logging In and Logging Out

  • Your user account will be suspended after 90 days of inactivity. Log into Hub periodically to avoid suspension. If your account is suspended and needs to be re-enabled, contact support@vantor.com.
