Canceling Orders

You can cancel any archive or tasking order that is not complete, failed, or already canceled.

Online orders cannot be canceled.

You cannot cancel a FastView tasking order within 24 hours of its scheduled start.

  1. Select Orders. The Orders panel opens.

  2. Locate the order you want to cancel.

  3. In the Actions column, select the menu menu, three vertical dots, then select View. The Order Details page opens.

  4. Select Cancel Order.

  5. A confirmation dialog asks you if you want to cancel the order. To cancel the order, select Confirm. Otherwise, select Cancel.

    Canceling an order is permanent. You cannot restore a canceled order.
