MGP Pro 1.0
Welcome to MGP Pro 1.0! MGP Pro is Maxar’s online solution for access to geospatial data. The MGP Pro platform enables streaming and/or downloading of current and historical satellite imagery, basemaps, and geospatial products for a wide variety of use cases.
MGP Pro offers several ways to securely access content, including an easy-to-use web interface and robust APIs. The MGP Pro web interface allows you to identify the best available image(s) for your area of interest, and then view and download them in the format that integrates most efficiently with your workflow.

Administrator Portal
Users with administrator accounts can access the MGP Pro Administrator Portal at https://account.maxar.com. From this portal, administrators can create new MGP Pro users, and see their MGP Pro account, activations, users, and usage.

As of April 6, 2023, the Administrator Portal at https://account.maxar.com is temporarily unavailable due to an outage. However, the documentation is still available for reference.
API Access
You can access several APIs through MGP Pro.

UI Functionality
In addition to API functions, the following UI functionality is available in MGP Pro:

Analytics tools, such as Persistent Change Management heatmaps and change detection polygons, allow you to further analyze the imagery available within MGP Pro.

You can draw or import areas to define a location of interest. You can also edit and export existing areas, or quickly zoom to the extent of an area. After you define an area of interest (AOI), you can view or order imagery that intersects the AOI.

Basemaps are a reference map that serve as the foundation for all imagery in MGP Pro. Vivid imagery and imagery strips (i.e., archive and online imagery) appear on top of the basemap.

Use the Imagery panel to select the imagery you want to view in the map viewport. You can also perform several other tasks from the Imagery panel, including viewing metadata, ordering imagery, locking and unlocking the panel, filtering and sorting imagery, and switching between card and list view.

Several keyboard and user interface tools are available to help you use MGP Pro. For example, select SHIFT on your keyboard, then click and drag your mouse (top left to bottom right) to draw a zoom window. You can also use built-in tools such as zoom and rotation functionality.

You can download, or order, online and Vivid imagery from the Imagery panel.

In the Orders panel, you can see a list of your orders. You can filter your orders by status, date, product type, and more. Additionally, you can view in-depth information about each order, and download Vivid or online imagery.

If you want a better understanding of how you are using MGP Pro , you can see an overview of your usage data at any time. The usage information on each tab of the Usage panel is specific to your user account. In addition to viewing an overview of your usage, you can view a table of your individual transactions and your rate table.

Known Issues
The following are known issues in Version 1.0:
Vivid imagery does not load at all zoom levels. Tiles are transparent when zoomed out beyond approximately zoom level 9.5.
