New Hub Status Dashboard

We are introducing a new, improved Hub Status Dashboard. Beginning May 8, all notifications will be posted to this dashboard. The previous dashboard will no longer be maintained.

User Profile and Navigation Enhancements

The following enhancements have been made to the user profile and side navigation:

• Expand/Collapse Side Navigation Select Collapse to collapse the side navigation. Once collapsed, select Expand to expand the navigation.

• Help Access The option to access the Hub Online Help has been moved to the user profile menu.

• Hide Interface Select Hide UI to hide all menus and icons. This allows you to see the entire viewport. Once hidden, select Show UI to restore the interface.

• Language Settings The View Profile option now displays a globe icon to indicate where you can change your language settings.

WorldView Stereo Tasking

Customers can now place stereo imagery tasking orders directly through the Hub via API or UI. Stereo tasking is supported for FlexView, enabling the collection of high-quality image pairs from multiple viewing angles. This capability supports advanced 3D analysis use cases by improving terrain extraction, elevation modeling, and feature accuracy—while maintaining a streamlined ordering experience within existing tasking workflows.

Please be aware of the following upcoming changes:

• Account Admin Usage Tab Orders and Usage analytics dashboards have been upgraded, while the Usage Dashboard (Kibana) was removed.

• Account Services (Admin) v1 API Deprecated on February 12, 2026. End of life on May 13, 2026; migrate to Account Services v2 (see https://developers.vantor.com/).

• Google Maps Basemap Google Maps is the new default basemap in Hub. Users can choose alternatives, such as OSM or Terracolor.

• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) MFA will be mandatory for all users starting July 2026. This security enhancement protects your data and strengthens overall platform integrity. As part of this transition, shared accounts will be phased out. API key lifetimes will remain unchanged at this time.

• Output_config Delivery Format in Ordering API Deprecated on February 12, 2026; end of life on May 13, 2026; switch to output_configs delivery format.

• Usage Service v1 API Deprecated on February 12, 2026; end of life on May 13, 2026; migrate to Usage Service v2 (see https://developers.vantor.com/).

• Vantor URL Changes As part of Vantor's rebranding, in 2026 we'll be updating our API base URLs and other platform components to reflect our new name and product names. A detailed migration guide and timeline will be shared. A 90-day transition window will ensure both legacy and updated API paths remain available during migration.
